Contact News Lineup, a 24World Media outlet, through the form below or by post. We read every message that reaches the newsroom. To help the right desk respond, choose a clear subject, name the story and date you mean and include links or documents that support your note. We cannot reply individually to every message during major breaking news, but tips, corrections and accessibility requests are prioritised.

Corrections and clarifications
If you believe a story contains a factual error, tell us the headline, publication date, the sentence or figure in question and what you believe is correct, with a source we can check. The responsible desk reviews the material, checks the original source and, where an error is confirmed, corrects the story with a dated note under our Corrections policy. We do not silently rewrite published reporting to hide a substantive change.
News tips
Send tips with as much verifiable detail as you can safely share: what happened, when and where, who is involved and what documents, images or records support the account. Tell us how you learned the information and whether you are willing to speak further. Do not send material you are not authorised to share, and do not put yourself at risk to obtain it. Confidentiality requests are respected and reviewed by senior editors; no promise can be made before we understand the material and any legal considerations.
Beat contacts
World and Politics tips should include jurisdiction and official sources. Business and Technology notes should identify the company, filing or data release involved. Sports and Entertainment messages should distinguish confirmed schedules and results from rumour. Health and Science submissions should link the paper, guidance or official statement being discussed. Video tips must identify the rights holder and confirm you have permission to share the material; we use only official embeds or rights-cleared video with credit.
Advertising, licensing and partnerships
For advertising availability, licensed republication, research help or partnership proposals, state your organisation, intended use, dates and any deadline in your first message so we can respond with accurate information. Advertising is labelled and never purchases editorial coverage. Licensing is confirmed in writing and preserves bylines, corrections and canonical links.
Privacy, accessibility and technical issues
For privacy requests, describe the personal information involved and the action you seek; we may need to verify identity before acting. For accessibility or technical problems, tell us the page address, device and browser, what you expected and what happened, including any error text. Screenshots help if you can share them safely. If the contact form is unavailable, write to [email protected] or by post to the office above.
Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other credentials through this form. Messages are stored for newsroom handling and are not sold. By submitting, you confirm the information is true to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it.
What happens after you write
Messages submitted through the form are stored in our newsroom system and routed by topic. Corrections go to the responsible desk and a senior editor where the challenge is substantive. Tips go to editors trained to assess sourcing and risk. Advertising, licensing and service enquiries go to the publisher’s commercial handler, who replies with written availability and terms rather than informal promises. Privacy and accessibility notes are marked for the publisher directly. If your message is urgent because a story is actively developing and a material fact is wrong, say “developing correction” in your first line and give the headline exactly as published so the desk can find and review it without delay. We keep a record of substantive correspondence connected to a story so the published correction note, where one is made, can be checked against the request that prompted it.
If you are writing about a story concerning you or your organisation, you may also request a right of reply. Give the specific statements you dispute and the response you ask us to consider publishing, in concise form, with any supporting document attached or linked. Senior editors review reply requests alongside the correction record so both can be reflected fairly in the standing story.
